Toplumsal Yapının Ulusöncesi Ölçeklere Ayrışması: Bölünmüş Toplum Tipi Örnekleri

Özet 

Lübnanlaşma, etnik-dinsel/mezhepsel, dilsel, ideolojik vb. açıdan derin bölünmüş, büyükemperyalist güçlerin müdahalesine açık, iç savaş ihtimali yüksek toplumları tanımlamakta kullanılan bir istikrarsızlık sürecini kapsar. Lübnanlaşmada temel problem, etnik-dinsel/mezhepsel gruplara-alt kümelere bağlı, dışlayıcı bir aidiyet üzerine inşa edilmiş bir toplumsal-siyasal yapının varlığı ve bununla ilişkili olarak laik-anayasal yurttaşlığa bağlı bir ulusallığın-üst kümeye bağlı, içselleştirici bir aidiyet eksikliğinin olmasıdır. Örneklerimizde de görüldüğü üzere; bu süreç, ulusal yapıyı etnik-dinsel/mezhepsel vb. ölçeklere parçalamakta ve etnik-dinsel/mezhepsel temsile dayalı bir siyaset ve yönetim modeli üretmektedir. Bu bağlamda, “ulusaltı ölçek”ten kaynaklanan sistem krizlerini aşmak için “ulusal ölçek” önemli bir çözüm aracı olabilir.

Disintegration of Social Structure into Pre-national Scales: Samples of Divided Society Type

Abstract 

Lebanonisation expresses a destabilizing process used to describe the societies, which have been deeply divided on ethnic, religious, sectarian, linguistic and ideological grounds and which are open to the intervention of big-imperialist forces and highly susceptible to civil war. The basic problem in Lebanonisation is the presence of a social-political structure built on an exclusive commitment depending upon ethnic, religious, sectarian groups and sub-clusters and, in accord, the absence of an interiorizing belonging to the secular-constitutional citizenship, which constitutes a national upper cluster. As shown in our examples, this process breaks the national structure into ethnic, religious, sectarian pieces and produces a political and governance model based on such representation. In this context, in order to overcome the system crisis caused by “the sub-national scale”, “national-scale” may be an important instrument for solution.
